Cells and Systems Mini-Project

The purpose of this project is to research and present information on a type of human cell and explain the relationship of cells, tissues, organs, systems and organisms to that type of cell. You will be assigned one of the following to research:

bone cell	muscle cell	blood cell	brain cell
heart cell	skin cell	nerve cell	hair cell

In your research you should address:

1. How are the cells shaped?
2. How they compare and contrast with animal cell models.
3. What is the function of these cells?
4. How does their structure help with their function?
5. What human tissue or organ system are they part of?
