Tunnel Diodes
In the mid-1970s I became interested in an electronic device called the tunnel diode. Developed in 1958, this device began the 1960's with a bright future but was eclipsed by subsequent transistor development.
Undeterred, in the 1975 time frame I gathered what information I could on these devices. This included calling General Electric engineers and asking them to photocopy obsolete documents. These pages were created to preserve that documentation. I will be scanning pages as my time permits. These are all .jpg format. I have the .tif format if you need better quality images. Some of these documents are thirty-year old photocopies that weren't the best even back in the day.
